Can we blend fresh jasmine flowers with our popular red oolong tea? Yes, we can-can! Crafted by the same artisan blender responsible for our other flower scented teas, Oolong Rouge provides a fascinating addition to the jasmine range.

Oolong Rouge is hand blended in Hanoi with locally grown jasmine and Moc Chau red oolong tea. As with other higher oxidation teas, blending takes longer and with a higher flower to tea ratio. When brewed the jasmine aroma is less intense on the nose than the green tea or green oolong experience. However, it comes into its own in the mouth and throat where floral scents jockey for position with the sweet caramel and chocolate notes of the tea.
