PROFILE: SUBTLE JASMINE FRAGRANCE, SPICY, LIGHT BITTERNESS, LONG SWEET AFTERTASTE
ORIGIN: TEA - VAN CHAN, YEN BAI; FLOWER - HA NOI, VIETNAM
BLENDED: JUNE 2024
Fragrant jasmine meets spicy black tea in this intriguing combination of wild tea and natural flower blossoms. The subtle, almost gentle, floral aroma tempers the usual intensity of the black tea to produce a cup where background spice fights for attention with the fragrance of the jasmine. There is a slight bitterness to the tea which is more than compensated by a beautifully sweet aftertaste.
Produced using the popular wild boar wild black tea as a base, Black Jasmine requires four kilograms of flowers to make each kilogram of tea. Flowers and tea are blended over a five day period in Hanoi using unopened blossoms collected from gardens in the city’s West Lake area.

A delight
Makes me feel so feminine to drink this tea because of how fragrant and sweet it goes down... I was a bit off guard because the two other teas I tried I didn't like as much but this one really takes the cake
