An all-new excellent black tea from the high mountains of Y Ty, just a few short kilometres from the border with China. Eagle Wings Black Tea has a wonderful aroma that sits between woody and dried roses. It brews with a bright medium-bodied amber liquor with tasting notes that cover a spectrum from earthy, caramel, toffee, dried fruits and nutmeg. The long aftertaste provides the sweet sophistication of maple syrup.

Eagle Wings has been several years in the making in collaboration with a family of Dao ethnicity. Black tea processing is relatively new to the mountain areas of Vietnam, and it has taken a while to perfect the techniques and timing. The wild grown tea leaves are withered, hand-rolled, oxidised, and sun-dried (wherever possible).

It is a beautiful tea which we expect to improve even further as technique and experience improves.
