Very tasty one
5 Stars

Dry tea leaves have a scent of fruit and baked apples with some smoky notes. The taste is full-bodied, sweet with a slight sourness. Very rich aftertaste with bakery notes. No harshness at all, rather "silky" flavour.

Pleasant, balanced black
5 Stars

I've been cold-brewing this overnight with 2.5-3 grams of tea per cup of water. It makes a pleasing, brisk iced tea with a delicate smokiness. Like the other Hatvala teas I've tried so far, the price is shockingly inexpensive for the quality of the tea, and the flavors are lovely to both tea enthusiasts and casual drinkers. This is absolutely going on the reorder list.

Saigon Breakfast Tea
5 Stars

The dry tea smells deep and earthy with chocolate and hints of smokiness. The brewed tea is rich and malty with hints of the chocolate a smoky oxidized leaf note that makes me think pipe tobacco (I'm a smoker so I'm not sure why that comes to mind). It has a nice brisk astringency that makes you want to go back for another sip. I was able to get three infusions from the tea though that last one was thinning out and becoming more astringent though still delightful. It just was not as magical as the first two infusions. I will almost certainly be including some more of this wonderful tea in my next order.
